| Please allow up to one hour for an initial appointment and up to 30 minutes for a follow up appointment. |

| At the Surrey clinic we do not have waiting facilities so there is no need to come early to your appointment. When you arrive please go round to the side gate of the property and press the bell, we will be with you as soon as possible. |
|
| Please wear suitable clothing and underwear to we can have access to the area to be treated. Please note that we may need to assess the joint above and below the affected area as well. |
|
| All our practitioners are female, if you prefer to see a male physiotherapist we can recommend some in the local area. |
|
| We will explain all procedures to you if at any time you don’t feel happy then please feel free not to give your consent – we wont be offended. |

Cancellations

|
| Please ring and cancel if you cannot attend your appointment. Missed appointments are charged at the therapists discretion. Insurance companies do not often cover this cost. |
